Engaging the participants
8/10 - After some encouragement to focus more on this area Colly engaged all of the team well and clearly recognised strengths and weaknesses within each team member

Involving the participants - how interactive the sessions were
9/10 - The role play exercises Colly designed and run were superb and were the areas the delegates got the most out of.

Creating awareness
9/10 - The whole course caused us all to self-appraise our strengths ,weaknesses and really gave us a practical approach to optimise sales which is already working

Knowledge of subject
9/10 - Colly has truly "carried the bag" i.e. he demonstrated time and again real life sales experience.  This coupled with practical NLP and communication ideas positions Colly as someone who knows the subject well

Style of delivery8/10 - Colly's primary style of delivery is to use a combination of visual and anecdotal prompts to help the delegates learn. Colly's preparation for our course was thorough and totally professional

Gem, (N.Ireland’s award winning contact centre) recently outsourced their sales skills programme to salesxcellence. Working with a global IT company which required sales lead generation as well as customer service skills GEM needed to build the sales skills of a multilingual team to provide lead generation programmes by email, text messaging and voice. salesxcellence was tasked to provide a training programme to address the sales skills of a team comprising English, French, German and Italian Customer Service Agents.
